Corporate Communications Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing media relations by building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, media agencies, and industry influencers. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing press releases, corporate announcements, speeches, and executive communications. Additionally, you will plan and manage internal communication programs to keep employees informed and engaged. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee content creation for corporate newsletters, annual reports, presentations, and company website. - Coordinate with the marketing, PR, HR, and leadership teams to ensure message consistency across all platforms. - Handle crisis communication and act as a spokesperson when required. - Monitor media coverage, public perception, and industry trends; provide timely reports and insights to the management team. - Organize and manage corporate events, press meets, and public relations activities. - Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners and advisors. - Build strong, long-term relationships with existing agencies to drive loyalty and performance. - Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics and provide strategic guidance for improvement. - Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service support to agency partners.
