Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Corporate Chef located in Delhi, India. The Corporate Chef will be responsible for creating and developing menu items, overseeing kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining health and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with the culinary team, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring cost-effective management of kitchen resources. They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, monitoring food costs, and providing training to kitchen staff.


Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills, including menu creation and food presentation
  • Experience in kitchen management, including supervision of kitchen staff and overseeing kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards within the kitchen environment
  • Effective inventory management and cost control skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant culinary education or certifications
  • Experience in corporate or large-scale cooking environments is a plus
