Corporate Chef

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage culinary operations across multiple Chokhi Dhani locations
Lead, train, and guide chefs and kitchen teams to ensure high standards of food quality and consistency
Conduct regular visits to different locations based on operational requirements
Develop and implement standardized recipes, plating techniques, and hygiene practices
Collaborate with management for menu planning, kitchen budgets, and operational efficiency
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company standards across all units
Introduce innovative culinary concepts and seasonal menu updates
Manage vendor relationships for sourcing quality ingredients

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Corporate Chef in a multi-location hospitality or restaurant group
Expertise in Indian cuisine, especially North Indian and Rajasthani
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Willingness to travel as per business needs
Ability to maintain consistency and quality across locations
Excellent understanding of food cost, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards
