Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Chef, located in Pune. The Corporate Chef will oversee the daily culinary operations, including creating and testing new recipes, ensuring food quality and consistency, and managing kitchen staff. Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and adhering to food safety standards. The Corporate Chef will also collaborate with management to develop and update the menu as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in culinary techniques, including recipe creation and food preparation
• Experience in managing kitchen staff and operations
• Knowledge of inventory management and ordering supplies
• Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
