Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying potential accounts and contacts for lead generation based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and leading the sales process to conversion. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline across all stages of the sales funnel will be crucial. You are expected to create compelling business proposals highlighting Neuronimbus" consultative approach to service delivery. Cultivating enduring relationships with client leaders and decision-makers to align offerings with their needs is essential. Conducting an independent complete sales cycle from initial outreach to successful closure, utilizing excellent negotiation and communication skills is a key aspect of the role. Additionally, actively seeking out new accounts and contacts, converting them to SQLs, and conducting effective demos, presentations, and negotiations are part of your responsibilities. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the industry is vital. Collaborating cross-functionally with pre-sales and marketing teams to develop and present proposals and solutions that meet client requirements is expected. Keeping updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements to position offerings effectively is required. Meeting KPIs and sales performance measures that will be clearly laid out at the beginning is a priority. Key Responsibilities: - Possess skills of a real sales professional with a hunter mentality. - Have good knowledge of the corporate/enterprise world and understand how large enterprise clients operate. - Maintain an active network of prospects and contacts that fit into the ICP, enabling swift lead generation. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Demonstrate the ability to leverage references and relationships for successful lead generation and business growth. - Possess a strong understanding of technology sales methodologies, trends, and best practices. - Exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding targets.
