As a Sales Executive at Neuronimbus, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential accounts and contacts for lead generation based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will be in charge of managing the sales process from initiation to conversion, ensuring a robust sales pipeline is maintained across all stages of the sales funnel. Your role will involve creating compelling business proposals that showcase Neuronimbus" consultative approach to service delivery. Relationship building is a crucial aspect of this role, where you will be required to establish enduring relationships with client leaders and decision-makers to align our services with their specific needs. Your duties will also include independently managing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful closure, utilizing your excellent negotiation and communication skills effectively. Lead generation will be a key focus, and you will be expected to actively seek out new accounts and contacts, converting them into SQLs. Additionally, you will conduct effective demos, presentations, and negotiations, engaging with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within the industry. Collaborating with pre-sales and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet client requirements will also be part of your responsibilities. As a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the skills of a true sales professional with a proactive mindset. A solid understanding of the corporate/enterprise landscape and familiarity with large enterprise clients" operational dynamics is essential. Having an active network of prospects and contacts that align with the ICP will enable you to swiftly move into lead generation activities. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. You should demonstrate the ability to leverage references and relationships effectively to drive lead generation and business growth. A strong grasp of technology sales methodologies, trends, and best practices is required, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The role demands the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be adept at meeting deadlines and exceeding targets, staying updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements to position Neuronimbus" offerings effectively.
