Job Title:

Demand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate demand and close sales with corporate and enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for acquiring new business.
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Drive negotiations and finalize deals with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to create sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with 37 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience
  • Strong track record in handling corporate accounts and generating revenue.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and target-driven approach.
