Role Overview

Job Title:
Associate Global Markets Operations (Corporate Actions)
CA experinced candidates are preferred

Corporate Actions within Global Markets Operations

Position Purpose

Monitor and process
Corporate Actions
(mandatory & voluntary).
Ensure accurate identification of eligible positions.
Scrubbing, notifications, bookings in internal systems (Calypso, Power, Picasso).
Manage
election process
for voluntary events with custodians/agents.
Perform reconciliations, break resolution, and ensure smooth payment handling.
Act as the
central point of contact
for corporate action operations with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Scrubbing and setting up corporate actions in systems (Picasso).
Monitoring global positions (settled/pending, SLAB).
Ensuring timely and accurate announcements, forecasts, and deadlines.
Managing election process & compiling instructions for custodians.
Tracking payments, proceeds, and reconciliations.
Providing reports and proactive participation in meetings.
Driving
process improvements, automation (macros), UAT, and procedure updates
