Ensures operational accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Scrub, set up, and monitor corporate actions (mandatory & voluntary) in systems like Picasso, Calypso, and Power. Identify eligible global positions (settled/pending trades, SLAB) and track event announcements, forecasts, and deadlines. Manage voluntary event elections, compile instructions, and coordinate with custodians/agents for timely submission. Perform entitlement verification, reconciliation, and resolution of breaks. Prepare daily/weekly reports and actively participate in team meetings. Escalate operational risks and ensure compliance with market rules and internal controls. Maintain effective relationships with custodians, internal teams, and other operational departments. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of corporate actions, financial markets, and products. Experience with SWIFT messages (MT564568), Bloomberg, and MS Excel. Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong risk awareness. Good communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure in a global environment. Manage election process for voluntary events with custodians/agents. Perform reconciliations, break resolution, and ensure smooth payment handling. Act as the central point of contact for corporate action operations with internal teams and external stakeholders. Role & responsibilities The candidate should have a minimum work experience of 1-5 years in trade operations, settlements or middle office. Should have a sound knowledge on financial markets, different types of financial instruments, end to end trade life cycle knowledge, reconciliation & break resolution, syndicated loans and excel knowledge is a must. Monitor and process daily trade settlements (equities, fixed income, FX, or derivatives). Ensure accurate trade matching, affirmation, and confirmation using platforms like Bloomberg, CTM, TradeFlow, DTC Alerts, SWIFT, or in-house tools. Exposure to T+1/T+2 settlements and trade fails handling Facilitate end to end settlements of syndicated loan trades (LSTA/LMA) through platforms like Clear Par, WSO or manually Good knowledge on SWIFTs, SSIs, BDIs and market regulations Identify and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, or unmatched trades within regulatory timelines Coordinate with front office, custodians, brokers, and internal teams (trade desk, risk, compliance, and finance). Handle failed trades and follow up on settlements to reduce operational and financial risk. Reconcile trades, positions, and cash with custodians and brokers. escalate issues as necessary. Preferred candidate profile Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT). Maintain a T+0 trade matching rate of above 98% and ensure above 95% STP in trade settlements Demonstrates integrity and transparency in all interactions. Upholds the highest standard of ethical behaviour and professionalism.

Collateral Management is responsible for undertaking a risk mitigation function with oversight for the bank's collateral assets. Work includes: Overseeing day-to-day execution of collateral agreements and responsible for managing daily exposure and collateral movements for a portfolio of clients.
