Key Responsibilities

• Craft sharp, engaging, and action-driving copy for performance marketing channels — including push notifications, emailers, WhatsApp, and digital ads.
• Develop impactful copy for brand campaigns — launching new products or boosting existing ones with compelling narratives.
• Ideate and write content that builds community and engages cult members through fun, relevant formats.
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, product, and growth teams to create consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Translate business problems into creative copy solutions that drive results — from awareness to conversion and retention.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table regularly and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts.
• Maintain brand voice and tone across all channels while experimenting with new formats and copy styles.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–3 years

  of professional experience as a copywriter in an advertising agency or an in-house brand/creative team.
• A proven flair for

  writing crisp, witty, and high-impact copy

  that grabs attention and drives action.
• Strong ability to

  think conceptually

  and bring marketing strategies to life through words.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and collaborating across functions.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, or consumer lifestyle brands is a big plus.
• A portfolio showcasing

  versatile writing skills

  — across long-form, short-form, campaign copy, and digital platforms.
