Role Overview

Role Name:Copy Writer

Reporting to: Creative Associate Director - Marketing

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented content copywriter to join our marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone with a flair for storytelling and experience in advertising campaigns, brand communication, and consumer engagement, particularly in the FMCG space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write engaging and compelling copy for advertising campaigns, product packaging, POSM, brochures, websites, emailers and social media
2. Conceptualize and script content for brand films, digital videos in collaboration with marketing and design teams
3. Maintain a distinct and consistent brand tone of voice across all consumer touchpoints
4. Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to develop and execute integrated content strategies
5. Edit and proofread copy to ensure high editorial standards and brand alignment
6. Help create content calendars and manage timelines to meet campaign deadlines
7. Research consumer trends ,competitor messaging, and industry insights to inform content development

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in creative copywriting, preferably in an advertising or branding agency
• Portfolio demonstrating work on campaigns, packaging, POSM, social media etc.
• Excellent command of English with great writing, editing and ideation skills
• Understanding of FMCG consumer behavior
• Ability to think strategically while executing with creativity and attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams
