Role & responsibilities

• Interdepartmental Coordination

  : Facilitate communication between nursing, medical, administrative, and support services.

• Patient Experience Management

  : Monitor patient satisfaction, resolve complaints, and ensure timely service delivery.

• Project Planning & Execution

  : Support hospital initiatives, including new service rollouts, audits, and compliance programs.

• Resource Optimization

  : Assist in managing hospital resources, including staff scheduling, equipment availability, and space utilization.

• Compliance & Documentation

  : Ensure adherence to hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Reporting & Analysis

  : Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Vendor & External Liaison

  : Coordinate with external service providers, labs, and suppliers for timely service delivery

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and medical terminology
• Proficiency in hospital management systems (HMS) and MS Office
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments
