Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
  • Operate imaging equipment such as PET, SPECT, and gamma cameras.
  • Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data.
  • Follow radiation safety protocols and ensure compliance with AERB regulations.
  • Calibrate and maintain imaging equipment.
  • Assist physicians in interpreting scan results.
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

1) B.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent diploma.

2) MSC in Nuclear Medicine Technology

3) Certification from AERB or relevant regulatory authority.
