Job ID: 5913 Location: Mumbai, IN We are looking for a Procurement Controller (F/M/D) to join our team at Innomotics The Industry-Leader of Motors and Drives Innomotics is an industry-leading supplier of motors and large drive systems With a trusted legacy of more than 150 years of engineering expertise, our products power all of the worlds most essential industries Today, we are bringing the #EnergyTransition to life with a portfolio that enables our customers to boost energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gases, and minimize the carbon footprints of plants Our Most Powerful Engine: Our People We are a team of more than 15,000 dedicated experts, doers, and innovators For us, engineering the future means keeping businesses in motion As a global player operating with the spirit and speed of a mid-sized champion, the future holds unlimited opportunities for us If you share our bold mindset to be best-in-class, we want you IN The Role As a Procurement Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and performance excellence across procurement You will play a critical role in procurement analytics, transforming diverse data sources into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions, improve supplier performance, and automate key processes This role bridges controlling, analytics, and business partnering, connecting intelligence to action and enabling Innomotics to run a cost-competitive, resilient, and innovative supply chain LocationNavi Mumbai Pawne / Bangalore Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Developing the future KPI landscape of the procurement function with a focus on functional improvements Execution and coordination of all Procurement Controlling topics in close collaboration with the Stakeholders in Procurement Controlling Organization and Global Procurement Teams (FY Planning, Monthly Closing activities (Actual reporting, FC)) and presenting to the Management Team Ensure and drive improvement of data quality Responsible to drive the improvement of data quality and transparency with the help of KPIs Support target achievement by providing data transparency and derive improvement measures Actively drive standard process exchange and know how transfer with your controlling colleagues Automate monthly reporting preparation using workflows Safeguard compliance with procurement controlling standards and policies Support audits and provide accurate, timely data for internal and external stakeholders Ensure full transparency and accountability in all procurement controlling activities Requirements Bachelors (BCOM) or masters degree(MBA) in finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field Diploma Engineers 35 years experience in procurement controlling, analytics, or financial controlling (preferably in industrial/manufacturing environment) Proficiency with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and ERP systems (SAP preferred) Strong knowledge of procurement and P2P processes Ability to work with complex, multi-source datasets (structured & unstructured) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Fluent English (additional languages an advantage) Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills We value Knowledge and experience in supply chain management Ability to read procurement data and share analysis Ready to power the future with us?
