Contracts Executive

As a proficient lawyer, you will be joining the Legal Function of the Firm and reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel. Your main responsibility will involve providing support in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements. - Bring a high degree of contracts expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements including Finance Agreements, HR Agreements, Commercial Leases, Event Agreements, Bank Guarantees, IT Software Agreements, Procurement Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Administrative Agreements. - Structure, draft, review, and negotiate contracts/agreements with different companies and stakeholders. - Source and create templates for various agreements and contracts. - Help create manuals and processes to enhance the efficiency of the legal function. - Keep updated with current changes in relevant laws and conduct legal research as required. - Collaborate with departments such as Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Admin to provide legal support during contract negotiation. - Hold a Law degree from a top-tier law school with robust academic credentials. - Possess 1+ years of experience in a similar role focusing on contracts and agreements in a corporate or law firm environment. - Understand financial and commercial terms in contracts. - Be technically sound with strong knowledge of contract laws and good understanding of finance. - Demonstrate top-notch English language drafting skills. - Exhibit accuracy and attention to detail. - Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Show a proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,
