What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Tech Stack You’ll Be Hiring For

• Backend:

  Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python

• Frontend:

  React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript

• Data & Infra:

  SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Redis, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

• DevOps & SRE:

  Jenkins, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana

• Product & Design:

  Product Managers, UI/UX Designers

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably in fast-paced startups or product companies
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate fit
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
