About the Role: Tech Recruiter (Contract | 6 months)

Were looking for a passionate Tech Recruiter with 24 years of experience in end-to-end technology hiring. Youll partner with hiring managers and leadership to source, engage, and close top tech talent directly shaping the future of Fams tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing ? screening ? interviews ? offers ? closure).
• Build strong pipelines via LinkedIn, InstaHyre, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication.
• Negotiate offers and drive smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Track and report hiring metrics to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

• 24 years in tech recruitment (startup/product-based hiring preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHyre, Naukri, AngelList, GitHub, etc.
• Proven success in hiring across Engineering, Product & Data roles.
• Ability to juggle multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to join immediately on a contract basis.
