Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Pune for a Contract Manager. The Contract Manager will manage and oversee contracts, ensuring compliance, evaluating terms, and mitigating risks. Daily responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with legal counsel, and collaborating with different departments to align contractual obligations with company goals. The role requires attention to detail, efficient process management, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract drafting, negotiation & commercial control
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors & consultants
• Support project delivery, budgeting & cost optimization
• Ensure compliance, risk management & timely project execution
• Maintain contract documentation, reports & audit-ready records

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–10 years’ experience in retail fitouts/interiors/construction
• Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQs, procurement & costing
• Excellent negotiation, documentation & stakeholder management skills
