Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Candidate to manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining legal agreements while ensuring compliance and safeguarding the companys interests.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and vet commercial, vendor, customer, and consultancy agreements.
Analyze proposals, tender documents, and business requirements for legal risks and compliance.
Negotiate with consultants, vendors, and service providers for favorable terms.
Maintain systematic records of agreements and ensure timely updates in MIS and compliance trackers.
Coordinate with panel lawyers and support case filings, documentation, and follow-up.
Provide legal and contractual guidance to internal teams and ensure adherence to policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of contract law and legal compliance.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Good communication and analytical skills.

Eligibility

Education:
LLB (Essential)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in contract management/legal domain.
