Contracts Administrator

Position Summary

The Contract Administrator will provide administrative support across the contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with company policies, and timely execution of contracts. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain organized contract records and support contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and process contracts, purchase orders, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal/commercial documents for internal approvals and external signatures.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure all records are accurate, complete, and updated.
• Track contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and deliverables, and provide timely alerts to relevant teams.
• Assist the Contract Manager and Legal team with basic contract reviews and verification of standard terms.
• Coordinate internally across Procurement, Finance, Operations, and other business teams to ensure smooth contract workflow.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and escalate potential risks or discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits related to contract docume ntation.
• Generate reports and metrics on contract status, cycle time, and compliance for management review.
