Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Contract Administrator, located in Ahmedabad. The Contract Administrator will manage the day-to-day administration of contracts, reviewing terms, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards, and overseeing contract execution processes. They will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, monitor deadlines and contract milestones, assist with negotiations, and maintain thorough records of all contract-related documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in contract drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance related to contracts
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners
• Proficiency in contract management software and relevant tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in the mining or engineering sector is desirable but not mandatory
