Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator based in Chennai. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, managing contract lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. The role also includes tasks such as negotiating contracts, coordinating with stakeholders to clarify contract requirements, and monitoring contract performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to draft, review, and administer agreements effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for working with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate terms, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance
• Procurement knowledge and experience in managing vendor relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously
• Familiarity with local and international legal and regulatory frameworks is a plus
• Proficiency in contract management tools or software is advantageous
