Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and execute dishes as per recipes, ensuring consistency and quality. - Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. - Prepare fresh and nutritious food items like salads, wraps, sandwiches, grills, smoothies, and juices efficiently. - Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and supervise junior kitchen staff. - Ensure timely food preparation and delivery to customers. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen role, preferably in a health-focused or quick-service restaurant. - Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients, food safety, and preparation techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high food standards. - Excellent communication and leadership skills as a strong team player. - A culinary diploma or relevant certification is a plus.
