Job Description

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Preparing and cooking Continental dishes according to recipes and presentation standards. - Collaborating with senior chefs to develop new recipes and menu items, ensuring consistency and innovation. - Maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. - Assisting in inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing raw material costs. - Training and supervising junior chefs, fostering a positive team environment. - Implementing and maintaining health and safety guidelines in the kitchen. - Assisting in cost analysis and review of menu items. You are required to have the following qualifications: - Prior experience in food preparation and cooking. - Knowledge of Continental cuisine and menu development. - Strong understanding of food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. - Ability to manage inventory and control food costs. - Experience in team supervision and training. - Familiarity with health and safety guidelines in the kitchen. - Analytical skills for cost analysis and menu review. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provided. The work schedule may include day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability. The work location is in person.,
