Key Responsibilities


Content Development & Strategy

  • Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly blogs on online learning, career growth, and education trends.
  • Craft engaging and conversion-driven website copy (program pages, banners, CTAs, etc.).
  • Develop scroll-stopping content for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate on campaigns, festival creatives, and digital storytelling formats like reels, newsletters, and emailers.


Communication & Brand Messaging

  • Draft professional and audience-specific communication for corporate emails, live chats, and support queries.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all internal and external communications.
  • Respond to queries with empathy, clarity, and a deep understanding of the brand.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with SEO, design, video, and performance teams to build high-impact content journeys.
  • Partner with internal departments to align messaging with project goals and university guidelines.


Quality & Consistency

  • Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy and contextual relevance in all content.
  • Accept and incorporate feedback from senior managers and stakeholders to refine and enhance output.


You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:


  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, communication, or digital marketing roles (preferably in edtech or an agency setting)
  • A strong portfolio of blogs, web copy, social media posts, or emailers
  • Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Understanding of SEO principles, digital platforms, and audience behavior
  • Ability to adapt tone and style for different formats and audiences
  • Strong research skills and a curiosity-driven mindset
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to meet tight deadlines
