Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging content that showcases our NGO's work, impact, and values. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and writing articles, blog posts, social media content, and other materials that help us communicate our mission and programs to various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation:   - Research and write high-quality, engaging content on various topics related to our NGO's work.   - Develop content that aligns with our NGO's brand, tone, and style.   - Create content for different formats, such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, and newsletters. 2. Storytelling:   - Develop compelling stories that highlight our NGO's impact, successes, and challenges.   - Conduct interviews with beneficiaries, staff, and partners to gather stories and insights. 3. Social Media Content:   - Create engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience.   - Develop social media calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting. 4. Collaboration:   - Work closely with our programs team to develop content that showcases our NGO's work and impact.   - Collaborate with our communications team to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Requirements: 1. Education:   - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. 2. Experience:   - At least 1-2 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a non-profit or development organization.   - Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content. 3. Skills:   - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.   - Strong research and analytical skills.   - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.   - Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
