Content Writer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting engaging and informative content for a variety of platforms. This role involves producing high-quality written material that aligns with our brand's voice and engages our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Writing: Produce high-quality written content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, product descriptions and social media updates, ensuring they align with the brand's voice and style.
• Research: Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy, relevance and originality of content while staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• SEO Writing: Apply SEO best practices to create content optimized for search engines, ensuring higher visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
• Content Editing: Edit and proofread content for grammar, style and accuracy, ensuring a high standard of writing across all materials.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in tone, voice and messaging across all written content, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design and social media teams to ensure content supports the overall content strategy and is aligned with business goals.
• Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with the content team to contribute ideas and insights that support content strategies and help improve content performance.
• Content Management: Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and publication of content while tracking deadlines and project milestones.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as a content writer or in a similar writing role with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and formats.
• Skills:

v Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

v Familiarity with content management systems and basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

v Ability to write clear, concise and engaging content that appeals to the target audience.

v Strong research and organizational skills.

v Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
