Job Summary We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer who doesn’t just design — you define the creative vision. You’ll be the brand’s visual storyteller, leading concept-to-execution journeys that wow audiences, stop thumbs mid-scroll, and leave lasting impressions. Shape Brand Identities: Build, refine, and evolve the visual language. Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior designers, inspire cross-functional teams, and work seamlessly with copywriters, marketers, and video editors. Push Boundaries: Bring innovative concepts to life, experimenting with formats, trends, and creative technologies. Add Motion (Bonus): Create animations, transitions, or micro-interactions that amplify engagement. What We’re Looking For Experience: 4+ years in creative/visual design (agency, startup, or in-house), with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role. Portfolio Power: A strong portfolio showcasing both brand-building and performance-driven creative work. Tools of the Trade: Adobe Creative Suite & Figma mastery (bonus: Canva speed for quick-turn assets). Design Fluency: Exceptional typography, layout, color, and composition skills.
