Key Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

To fuel our next phase of expansion, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager who can nurture strong partner relationships, boost performance, and deliver win-win outcomes for both Potafo and our partner restaurants.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Relationship
Manage key restaurant accounts in your region—be their strategic partner and single point of contact at Potafo.
Drive Performance
Track partner-level KPIs including order volume, cancellations, ratings, prep time, and SLAs—take actionable steps to improve metrics.
Accelerate Growth
Identify upselling and visibility opportunities—through promotions, ad placements, and feature activations.
Resolve Partner Concerns
Work cross-functionally with operations, support, and tech teams to address partner issues in real-time.
Campaign Planning
Design and execute partner-led offers, seasonal promotions, and local campaigns to boost sales and visibility.
Onboard & Educate
Ensure high-potential restaurants are smoothly onboarded, trained, and aligned with Potafo’s brand and operational expectations.
Stay Market-Smart
Keep a pulse on local trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviour to guide partners with relevant insights.
What You’ll Need
1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or partnerships—preferably in food-tech, or F&B
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident in dealing with restaurant owners and business partners.
Strong analytical mindset—you’re comfortable with data, metrics, and reports.
High ownership attitude and execution bias—able to hustle, multi-task, and deliver.
Familiarity with the Calicut restaurant scene is a strong advantage.
