Customer Care Supervisor

As the Customer Care Supervisor at Potafo, you will play a crucial role in leading our customer support team to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising, training, and mentoring the customer care team to ensure high performance and engagement. You will oversee daily interactions, handle escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying gaps, implementing strategies, and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency. You will track key performance indicators, conduct quality checks, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Collaboration with other departments such as Operations and Fleet will be essential to resolve issues effectively. To excel in this position, you should have 2-4 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are key requirements. Additionally, familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is essential. Proficiency in English and Malayalam is preferred, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial.
