As a Customer Care Supervisor at Potafo, your role is crucial in leading the customer support team to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising, training, and mentoring the team to maintain high performance and engagement. You will also oversee daily customer interactions, handle escalations efficiently, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the customer care team to ensure high performance and engagement levels. - Customer Support Operations: Oversee daily interactions to ensure timely and effective resolutions across calls, chats, and emails. - Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. - Process Improvement: Identify gaps, implement strategies, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency. - Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, conduct quality checks, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. - Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Operations and Fleet to resolve issues effectively. - Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on customer concerns, team performance, and service metrics for data-driven decision-making. Requirements: - Experience: 2-4 years in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. - Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software. - Language: Proficiency in English and Malayalam (preferred). - Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setup.
