Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive at our food delivery platform, you play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries professionally and courteously over the phone. - Assisting with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and addressing delivery-related concerns. - Effectively resolving customer complaints or escalating them when necessary. - Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and empathetic communication. - Collaborating with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely resolutions. - Achieving performance targets such as response time, resolution efficiency, and satisfaction scores. - Sharing insights and feedback to contribute to the improvement of customer support processes. The qualifications and skills required for this role include: - Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. - Previous customer service experience is advantageous, with a preference for backgrounds in food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and empathetic tone. - Quick thinking abilities and excellent problem-solving skills. - Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace. - Availability for flexible part-time shifts between 9 AM to 5:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM. - Demonstrated traits of patience, resilience, and a positive attitude in challenging situations. - Fluency in Malayalam is a requirement for this role.
