Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Writer who can shape the voice, clarity, and experience of CNESS across all user-facing content. This role will focus on microcopy, onboarding content, best practices libraries, and intuitive instructional flows across our B2C and B2B interfaces. You'll collaborate with Product, Design, Strategy, and Marketing to ensure every user touchpoint — from tooltips to mentorship guides — feels intelligent, helpful, and aligned with our tone.

Key Responsibilities

• Create all platform content: page content, microcopy, button texts, tooltips, onboarding instructions, and contextual help messages.
• Develop and maintain sector-specific best practices content and certification knowledge libraries
• Write success guides, walkthroughs, and user journey scripts for mentors, professionals, and organizations
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to provide content design inputs for prototypes and final builds
• Establish and maintain the tone-of-voice framework across web and mobile platforms
• Manage documentation, release notes, and platform-based communication content in alignment with product updates

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in writing for websites/platforms, instructional content, or digital platform communication
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Human-Centered Design, or related fields
• Strong portfolio of work across SaaS, ed-tech, or large digital platforms
• Exceptional command of English with the ability to write for clarity, simplicity, and emotional engagement
• Highly collaborative and organized with experience in agile teams
