You’re right for this if: you live on Reels/Shorts, know how to turn a brief into a scroll‑stopping idea, and can ship creator‑style content fast, without waiting on a big crew.

What You’ll Do

Plan

• Own

  monthly content calendars

  across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube Shorts/Reels), aligned to brand goals and campaigns.
• Pitch content buckets, hooks, and series (educational, behind‑the‑scenes, founder POV, UGC/meme formats, carousels, micro‑videos).
• Maintain a trend radar; translate relevant trends tastefully for each brand and market (including US-facing audiences when required).

Create

• Write

  : crisp hooks, captions, CTAs; adapt tone by platform; proof and fact‑check.

• Design/Edit

  : build carousels and posts (Canva/Adobe/Figma) and

  create short‑form video

  (CapCut/Premiere/FCP). Add subtitles, graphics, and basic sound design.

• Independently deliver

  creator‑style pieces when needed; brief and collaborate with designers and editors for higher‑polish assets.

Publish & Measure

• Schedule

  via Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or Buffer/Later; ensure tags, thumbnails, hashtags, and UTM hygiene.

• Track performance

  using native analytics and dashboards; report what worked/what didn’t and iterate weekly.

• Manage community basics

  : respond to comments/DMs as per brand guidelines; escalate when required.

Must‑Have Experience

• 3–5 years

  in social/content roles (agency or in‑house) with a portfolio of

  reels/shorts, carousels, and copy

  that drove engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to

  ideate → produce → post

  independently under tight timelines.
• * Hands‑on with

  short‑form editing

  and

  design for social

  (no heavy VFX needed; speed and taste matter more).

Skills & Tools

• Writing & concepting

  : hooks, angles, storyboard thinking, strict to-the-point captions.

• Design

  : Canva (advanced), Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (working level), Figma (basic for layout/templates).

• Video

  : CapCut (advanced) or Premiere Pro/FCP (working level); subtitle/burn‑in workflows; aspect ratios.

• Scheduling & Analytics

  : Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn analytics; Buffer/Later/Hootsuite familiarity.

• Nice‑to‑have

  : basic motion graphics (After Effects/CapCut templates), product flat‑lays, VO/host comfort, AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney/Runway) for ideation and speed.
