Role Overview:

Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to

  write and enhance tour itineraries

  , ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and accuracy.
• Format content as per AoB’s brand guidelines and structure.
• Upload, edit, and maintain itinerary content and related assets (e.g., images, PDFs) on the backend CMS.
• Coordinate with the product and operations team to ensure accuracy of tour details like dates, pricing, distance, hotels, meals, etc.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure content is current and error-free.
• Suggest content improvements or missing details based on research and competitor benchmarking.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in content management, product operations, or travel/tourism domain (freshers with strong attention to detail may apply).
• Strong command of written English and a flair for travel storytelling.
• Familiarity with

  AI tools (like ChatGPT)

  for content refinement is a must.
• Comfortable working with

  CMS systems

  and uploading structured content.
• Basic understanding of formatting content for SEO and user experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
