Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Specialist to help us refine and manage our tour itineraries. In this role, you will work closely with our content and product teams to write/edit itineraries and upload/update/publish tour content on our backend system (Strapi CMS or equivalent). Key Responsibilities: Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to write and enhance tour itineraries , ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and accuracy. Format content as per AoB’s brand guidelines and structure. Upload, edit, and maintain itinerary content and related assets (e.g., images, PDFs) on the backend CMS. Coordinate with the product and operations team to ensure accuracy of tour details like dates, pricing, distance, hotels, meals, etc. Perform periodic audits to ensure content is current and error-free. Suggest content improvements or missing details based on research and competitor benchmarking. Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in content management, product operations, or travel/tourism domain (freshers with strong attention to detail may apply). Strong command of written English and a flair for travel storytelling. Familiarity with AI tools (like ChatGPT) for content refinement is a must. Comfortable working with CMS systems and uploading structured content. Basic understanding of formatting content for SEO and user experience. Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
