Job Overview: We’re an early-stage, high-growth consumer brand backed by strong fundamentals. We’re building something ambitious and category-shaping. We’re looking for a Brand Manager who knows how to hustle, lead, and scale. Someone who can run ad campaigns themselves, manage a team, and take full ownership from Day 1. This role is for someone who thrives in startups — where speed, decision-making, and hands-on execution matter more than fancy titles. Responsibilities: Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, etc. (not via agency - we want operators). Build and manage the full marketing function - performance, social, influencers, content, PR, etc. Lead a small in-house team + coordinate with freelancers or agencies where needed. Create and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. Work directly with the founders on campaigns, product launches, and experiments. Take decisions like a business owner, not just a department head. Handle the customer journey across all touch points. You’ll Fit Right In If You Have: 4-8 years of experience in performance + brand marketing Worked in startups, ideally in D2C. About the Role: We’re looking for a Content Writer who knows how to keep things fresh, relevant, and real. Someone with young energy, sharp writing instincts, and a natural understanding of what today’s consumer connects with - across platforms. This is not a role for someone who needs to be supervised. We’re a lean team building something from the ground up. If you’ve worked in startups before, you know the things that matter: pace, polish, context. What You’ll Do: Write website content, product descriptions, ad copies, social media posts, emailers, and everything in between Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and founders to bring campaigns and content plans to life Help shape the voice of the brand across multiple touchpoints Contribute to scripts, reels, blogs, and educational content as needed Keep up with content trends, consumer lingo, and what’s working online — and adapt fast Manage timelines, revisions, and feedback without losing momentum or quality What We’re Looking For: 2-4 years of content writing experience (preferably in startups in D2C space) A portfolio of short-form + long-form content that’s clean, engaging, and smart Strong grasp of Instagram/LinkedIn tone - platform-specific writing is key Ability to write fast without compromising on thought Ability to utilise AI tools to increase speed to efficiency.
