Brand Manager

Job Overview:

We’re an early-stage, high-growth consumer brand backed by strong fundamentals. We’re building something ambitious and category-shaping.

We’re looking for a Brand Manager who knows how to hustle, lead, and scale. Someone who can run ad campaigns themselves, manage a team, and take full ownership from Day 1.

This role is for someone who thrives in startups — where speed, decision-making, and hands-on execution matter more than fancy titles.

Responsibilities:

• Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, etc. (not via agency - we want operators).
• Build and manage the full marketing function - performance, social, influencers, content, PR, etc.
• Lead a small in-house team + coordinate with freelancers or agencies where needed.
• Create and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
• Work directly with the founders on campaigns, product launches, and experiments.
• Take decisions like a business owner, not just a department head.
• Handle the customer journey across all touch points.

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:

• 4-8 years of experience in performance + brand marketing
• Worked in startups, ideally in D2C.
• Actually executed ad campaigns yourself (not just managed vendors)
• A sharp creative mind and solid execution muscle
• Comfort with chaos and ownership in an earl-stage setup
• Experience leading a small team (or ready to lead one now)
