Brand Manager

HealthyFly is looking for a dynamic, driven, and entrepreneurially-minded Brand & Marketing Lead to join our core team. This is not a typical corporate role — it’s a hands-on, high-energy position where you'll help build the brand from the inside out, while leading strategy, execution, and storytelling across platforms.

You will be at the intersection of branding, digital marketing, growth, content, and partnerships, and will play a crucial role in shaping how HealthyFly is experienced across

What We’re Looking For

• A self-starter with a strong bias toward action
• A storyteller and strategist with both creative and analytical thinking
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (preferred)
• A team driver and leader who can collaborate and also take ownership
• Someone mentally prepared for entrepreneurship – willing to go beyond rigid job descriptions
• Passionate about health, wellness, sustainability, and community-driven growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,383.25 - ₹45,138.26 per month
