Content & Social Media Executive (with Digital Marketing Analytics)

Department: Marketing & Communications

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Brand Head / Digital Lead

Experience: 2–5 years

Education: Bachelor's or master’s in marketing, Mass Comm, Digital Media, or related field

Role Objective:

To plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media and digital platforms, while tracking the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools. The role blends creative content development with performance monitoring to optimize digital marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

· Plan and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) in line with brand calendar.

· Coordinate with designers and photographers for creatives, reels, walkthroughs, and event coverage.

· Write captions, post copy, video descriptions, and blog snippets tailored to platform tone.

· Manage daily posting, community engagement, and response handling.

2. Digital Marketing Performance Monitoring

· Track campaign performance on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console.

· Generate weekly/monthly reports on reach, CTR, engagement, leads, and conversions.

· Highlight underperforming creatives or platforms and suggest corrective strategies.

3. Website & Landing Page Coordination

· Coordinate with web developers to update project pages, blogs, banners, and CTAs.

· Proofread and upload SEO-optimized content for blogs and updates.

4. Market & Competitor Research

· Monitor competitors’ social media and ad campaigns to identify trends, benchmarks, and new formats.

· Research trending hashtags, real estate news, and digital innovations.

5. Campaign Support

· Assist in launching digital campaigns (Google Display, Search, Meta Lead Gen, YouTube).

· Coordinate with agencies or internal teams on campaign assets, creatives, UTM links, and tracking codes.

Skills Required

Content: Copywriting, captioning, basic blogging, storytelling

Tools: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite/Buffer, Excel, Google Looker Studio

Digital Marketing: SEO basics, UTM tagging, CTR/CPA/CPL understanding

Soft Skills: Creativity, initiative, communication, attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
