Content & Social Media Executive

IMPORTANT :

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies based on the club’s brand assets—including the Founders, Club, and Academy.
• Create monthly content calendars for each brand asset to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
• Create eye-catching graphics, short videos, and match-day creatives using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and analytics through Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Plan and run Meta Ads and other paid campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
• Cover live events: matches, training sessions, and community activities.
• Act as the key point of contact for coaches, players, and partners to produce authentic football-centric content.
• Track and respond to leads and inquiries received via social media and the website within a stipulated time.
• Manage and update content on the Kickstart FC website.
• Lead and coordinate a small team, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and projects.

Requirements

• Must have deep knowledge of and enthusiasm for football

  —global and Indian football culture.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video-editing tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and basic SEO principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on match days.

Nice to Have

• Photography/videography experience.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
• Experience with other ad platforms (Google Ads).
