Statice Media is the digital marketing wing of Statice Tech, founded in 2019 to empower businesses through B2B solutions. We manage 40+ brands globally across education, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation (Photo + Video):

  Capture day-to-day moments, events, and stories across RNS campuses through reels, interviews, snippets, and event highlights.

• Ideation & Planning:

  Work with the marketing/design team to plan content calendars and brainstorm new formats for student-focused, relatable content.

• Social Media Management:

  Handle Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms for each institution. Post content, write engaging captions, and maintain brand tone.

• Coordination:

  Coordinate with students, faculty, and event heads to make sure content is captured and posted in a timely and relevant manner.

• Basic Analytics & Growth:

  Track engagement, reach, and follower growth. Suggest new strategies to boost digital presence and audience connection.

Who We are Looking for

• 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media roles (freshers with strong portfolios can apply).
• Proficiency in

  Instagram Reels

  creation.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of

  Kannada

  is a strong plus.
• Comfortable shooting on a smartphone or camera.
• Basic video and image editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, InShot, CapCut, etc.) are beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with students, staff, and stakeholders.
• Interest in education, youth engagement, and campus culture.
