Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth user research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and product-market fit. Define and communicate a compelling product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities. Work closely with designers and engineers to translate product vision into tangible features and experiences. Lead the development and execution of UI/UX strategies that create seamless and intuitive user journeys. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to understand user feedback and ensure product aligns with business goals. Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to optimise product performance. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions. Present product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including senior management and potential investors. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in product management with a demonstrably successful track record of developing and managing complex design projects Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices and have a diverse portfolio to showcase. Proficiency in Adobe tools, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, In vision, Figma and others Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product requirements. Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
