This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms. Increasing brand awareness, driving web traffic and generating leads for the company. Proficiency in Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing. Required Candidate profile Create engaging content (reels, videos, carousels, stories) for Instagram, Face Book & YouTube. Knowing Using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools. Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth user research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and product-market fit. Define and communicate a compelling product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities. Work closely with designers and engineers to translate product vision into tangible features and experiences. Lead the development and execution of UI/UX strategies that create seamless and intuitive user journeys. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to understand user feedback and ensure product aligns with business goals. Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to optimise product performance. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions. Present product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including senior management and potential investors. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in product management with a demonstrably successful track record of developing and managing complex design projects Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices and have a diverse portfolio to showcase. Proficiency in Adobe tools, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, In vision, Figma and others Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product requirements. Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum 1yr -3yr Proven experience in web development with hands-on experience in HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript . Experience with responsive design and developing mobile-first websites is a plus. Experience using front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, or similar is beneficial. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) or web frameworks like React or Angular is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS . Solid knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with front-end libraries or frameworks like React , Vue.js , or jQuery . Knowledge of web development tools (e.g., Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text, etc.). Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration. Desirable Skills: Understanding of SEO best practices to optimize websites for search engines. Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services into web applications. Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. Experience with Node.js , PHP , or other back-end technologies is an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
