Key Responsibilities Sponsorship Sales Support - Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential sponsors across categories and industries. - Support in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective partners. - Help track leads, maintain databases, and follow up with clients to move opportunities forward. Partnership Coordination & Delivery -Coordinate execution of sponsor commitments including branding, digital assets, event activations, and hospitality. -Ensure sure that logos, creatives, and content are taken care of according to the contractual obligations. -Maintain records of asset usage and share status updates with the sponsorship manager/team. Match-Day Support & Activation -Assist with sponsor onboarding, hospitality coordination, and in-stadium branding. -Support match-day activations, ensuring smooth partner experiences and handling on-ground requirements. -Coordinate VIP and guest management activities as directed. Relationship Management -Act as a point of contact for day-to-day sponsor queries and requests. -Support in organizing review meetings and collating feedback from partners. -Help maintain strong working relationships to aid in renewal discussions. Reporting & Insights -Track deliverables, campaign activations, and partner performance. -Assist in preparing periodic reports, presentations, and ROI updates for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills -12 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or client servicing (sports, events, or media preferred). -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage timelines. -Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
