Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies—covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content SEO, and local SEO—to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, descriptions, alt attributes, and internal linking. Collaborate with content writers for keyword-rich blog posts, landing pages, and website copy.
Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques such as guest posting, broken link building, directory submissions, and blogger outreach.
Monitor and optimize site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexing, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and core web vitals to ensure technical compliance with search engine standards.
Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles, manage citations, respond to reviews, and create localized content to enhance visibility in local search results.
Manage and grow organic presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest through strategic posting, optimization, and hashtag targeting. (Running paid ads may be optional but considered a bonus skill.)
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to track traffic, keyword performance, CTRs, and bounce rates. Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with content writers, designers, and digital marketing teams to align SEO with broader marketing goals, website improvements, and campaign promotions.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates (Google Core Updates, Spam Policies), and search engine ranking factors to adapt strategies accordingly.
Write content for client's social media post & manage their scheduling and advertisement strategies if required for social media platforms.
i. 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
ii. Freshers with strong foundational SEO knowledge and a portfolio of practice projects may also apply.
i. Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
ii. Strong knowledge of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
iii. Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides for reporting and collaboration.
iv. Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (optional but preferred for technical SEO).
i. Excellent writing and communication skills.
ii. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
iii. Detail-oriented and organized in approach.
iv. Capable of managing multiple SEO campaigns and deadlines.
i. Experience in running or assisting Google Ads and Meta Ads.
ii. Exposure to content planning, blog strategy, or managing SEO for eCommerce websites.
a. Ability to create visual performance dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Looker Studio).
