Content & Publishing Analyst

As an Associate Publisher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the life cycle of health-related publications, primarily journals. You will assist with supporting these high-impact products to market by performing foundational tasks that ensure accuracy and quality. Your work supports our mission to provide top-tier health information to professionals and consumers, making a meaningful impact on public health outcomes.
Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and formatting of editorial-related reporting for journals throughout the Lippincott and Medknow portfolios. Support the indexing of publications through assessments of initial requirement compliance and content quality. Conduct basic market research to support the development of new health publications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely reporting. Monitor and report on customer feedback to improve content quality. Provide general administrative support to the publishing team. Skills: Basic Content Management: Knowledge of content preparation and formatting. Copyediting and Proofreading: Ability to assist in ensuring text accuracy. Organizational Skills: Capability to maintain extensive records and files. Market Research: Basic knowledge of common publishing indexes: Web of Science, Scopus, and Pubmed. Digital Publishing Tools: Familiarity with content management systems and basic digital tools. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team. Administrative Skills: General capability in supporting administrative tasks. Customer Feedback Monitoring: Ability to track and report feedback for content improvement.
