Content & Publishing Analyst

You will play a crucial role in supporting the life cycle of health-related publications, primarily journals. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the preparation and formatting of editorial-related reporting for journals throughout the Lippincott and Medknow portfolios. - Supporting the indexing of publications through assessments of initial requirement compliance and content quality. - Conducting basic market research to support the development of new health publications. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely reporting. - Monitoring and reporting on customer feedback to improve content quality. - Providing general administrative support to the publishing team. In order to excel in this role, you should have the following skills: - Knowledge of content preparation and formatting. - Ability to assist in ensuring text accuracy through copyediting and proofreading. - Capability to maintain extensive records and files with strong organizational skills. - Basic knowledge of common publishing indexes such as Web of Science, Scopus, and Pubmed. - Familiarity with content management systems and basic digital publishing tools. - Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - General capability in supporting administrative tasks. - Ability to track and report feedback for content improvement from customer feedback monitoring.
