Review and refine written content for clarity, grammar, tone, and consistency.
Ensure outputs follow defined style, formatting, and quality guidelines. Improve readability of finance related content, process notes, and internal documentation.
Maintain and update multi tab Excel files with a focus on accuracy and presentation.
Perform structured checks to ensure completeness, consistency, and correct formatting.
Support quality review of structured responses and test sheets.
Prepare and refine Word documents, summaries, and workflow notes. Support creation and refinement of PowerPoint presentations.
Assist with brochures and simple visual content using tools such as Canva.
Articulate and translate workflow notes to a process flow application such as Visio or Mermaid (some training and support will be offered) Format and refine pre-sales and sales presentations Prepare internal communications and announcement documents.
Track tasks, follow up on dependencies, and support smooth day to day delivery.
Maintain organised folder structures and version control on shared platforms.
Share concise status updates and help keep timelines on track.
Strong written English with a good sense of structure and presentation. High attention to detail and pride in quality of output. Comfortable working with Excel and business documents. Exposure to PowerPoint and general reporting or documentation work.
