Position Overview

Content Moderator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and moderate

  short-form content

  (social media posts, startup news bites, reels, and updates).
• Produce and manage

  long-form content

  (blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and founder interviews).
• Host and moderate digital/physical discussions, podcasts, and ecosystem events as required.
• Ensure all content aligns with organisational tone, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Monitor startup and business ecosystem trends to generate timely, relevant content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute content strategies and campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and optimise content for engagement and reach.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in content creation, moderation, or digital media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is an advantage).
• Proficiency in content and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Comfortable working on-site and moderating discussions or events in person.
• Knowledge of startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation ecosystems is highly desirable.
