Content Moderator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderator to oversee the quality control of reported live audio sessions. The ideal candidate will review and evaluate live interactions, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and maintaining a safe and respectful user environment.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct quality control assessments of reported audio lives.● Review and monitor live audio interactions to ensure compliance with company policies.● Identify and take appropriate action against violations, such as inappropriate content, abusive language, or guideline breaches.● Provide detailed reports on aged content, user behavior, and call quality.● Work closely with the moderation and policy teams to improve content review processes.● Ensure that all reviews are handled in a timely and efficient manner.● Maintain high accuracy levels in content evaluation and decision-making.● Assist in identifying trends and potential risks to platform safety.● Provide feedback to enhance moderation guidelines and training materials.

Qualifications & Skills:
● Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field is preferred.● Strong understanding of online community standards and content policies.● Excellent listening skills and ability to assess audio-based content objectively.● High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism.● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.● Good written and verbal communication skills.● Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.02 - ₹120,107.34 per year
